Antonio Sacre, Kuba/USA, engl.

Antonio Sacre entertains with a vast repertoire of stories told in Spanish, in English or a lively interweaving of both. Listeners retell his stories and become storytellers themselves. Born in 1968 to a Cuban father and Irish-American mother, he draws from his bicultural background to create funny, touching, universal stories that appeal to all ages. As a performance artist, Sacre explores his life on stage to critical acclaim. His stories become personal myths as he blends cultural and personal experience with movement and drumming.
