For over 15 years, Jankele Jacobson has written and performed twelve one-man shows for children, youth and adults, each enjoying runs of hundreds of performances in Israel, as well as at international festivals in Germany, Austria and the United States.
Jacobson had written over 60 children’s stories, several of which have been published in Israel.

Since 1988, Jacobson has been participating in the International Festival of Storytellers. In 1997, Jacobson was included in the list of the world’s top 100 storytellers, at a storyteller’s festival in the United States.

In the last 10 years, Jacobson had written 5 plays for children.
He had won the 2003 and 2002 Haifa Children’s Production Festival.
Several plays are still running successfully in Israel, Two of them were presented in various international festivals.
